Shipping: After purchase you will be given a tracking number. This company ships out packages using FedEx or DHL express. Be aware that signature may be required at the time of delivery and if no one is available to retrieve or sign for your package, it will be sent back to the FedEx or DHL location and be re-attempted for delivery the next day or on the following business day. 

Processing & Shipping: You should receive your package in 3-5 business days after processing. 

Note* Make sure all your delivery information is correct before you purchase. We will not be held responsible for any wrong addresses or missing packages. For further updates on your package you will have to contact your local FedEx or DHL office, as it is now in their hands. Although very rare, shipping delays are completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. For any concerns on a delay after you have received your tracking number, please contact the carrier for all questions.
